Nicolás participates in both the Competition and Regulation area and the Complex Litigation area. He studied at the Universidad Católica, where he received the Tocornal and Montenegro awards as the best graduate of his generation. He has a vast participation in teaching assistantships, some of which he is still doing, in different courses such as Civil Procedure Law, Civil Law, Natural Resources Law, Mining Law and International Private Law, among others.
Before joining FerradaNehme, Nicolás did internships at leading national law firms; he was Summer Legal Intern at Gleason and Koatz law firm in New York; he was assistant to a Minister of the Constitutional Court as a case law analyst; he participated as an Affiliate Research Student at Princeton University; he was associate at Carey y Cía. and, also, at Bofill Escobar Silva law firm. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Competition Law at the Universidad Católica.
