Tomás is a member of the Competition and Economic Regulation area, and permanently participates in the Complex Litigation area of FerradaNehme. His practice is focused on the solution of economic and commercial controversies, with special emphasis on litigation in matters of competition, unfair competition and arbitration.
He has extensive experience in the defense of national and foreign companies in cases of collusion, as well as other accusations for infringement of the regulations for the protection of free competition. He regularly represents clients from the most varied industries in complex litigation and negotiation strategies.
He studied at the Universidad Católica de Chile and later did an LL.M. at Columbia University, obtaining the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar recognition for his academic performance.
He was an assistant in the Commercial Law course at the Universidad Católica de Chile, and also a professor of Procedural Law at the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
