Dominique is part of the Competition and Regulation practice of FerradaNehme. She is a lawyer from Universidad de Chile and has a Diploma in Sanctioning Administrative Law from the Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
As part of her professional experience, Dominique worked as an associate at Grungber Puyol Abogados, being a litigator with special emphasis in Competition. Also, she worked as an associate at Parraguez y Martín. Prevously, she worked at the National Prosecutor’s Office in the Litigation division.
Regarding her academic experience, she was teaching assistant in the course Administrative Law with professor Carlos Carmona and, and in the course Procedural Law with professor Jonatan Valenzuela. She also was assistant of the Justice Studies Center of the Universidad de Chile.
