Her work in the public sector, under different administrations, allowed her to specialize in different areas of public law, with particular emphasis on regulatory and environmental matters. It is there where she has concentrated her professional practice advising both public agencies and private companies, preparing legal reports and making presentations before the Comptroller General of the Republic and other authorities.
Josefina holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pennsylvania (LL.M) and has been a professor of the Master of Laws of the Pontificia Universidad Católica LL.M. UC, mention in regulatory law. In addition, she has taught courses on administrative contracting and a seminar on environmental cases, as well as a course on administrative contracting for the Master in Public Law and Constitutional Litigation at Universidad Diego Portales.
