José is member of the Competition and Economic Regulation team, where he was previously paralegal. He studied at the Universidad de Chile, where he was teaching assistant in the History of Law I and II and Constitutionalism and Codification of the 19th and 20th centuries courses, with Professor María Angélica Figueroa. He was also teaching assistant in the Moral Philosophy and History of the Philosophy of Law courses, with Professor Miguel Orellana, and in the Economic Law course, with Professor Nicole Nehme.
Currently, he is teaching assistant in the Civil Law course, with Professor Francisco González, and in the Environmental Law course and Conflict Resolution Clinic, with Professors Valentina Durán and María Nora González.
Before FerradaNehme, José worked as a research assistant in the preparation of documents for Environmental Invalidation process, along with lawyers Valentina Durán and Ana Lya Uriarte.
