Roberto is currently a member of the Corporate practice group of FerradaNehme. His practice has been focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Law in general and Corporation Law.

He has extensive experience advising Chilean and foreign clients, including, private equity funds and a wide range of financial institutions, in their transactions and investments in Chile. He has been involved in significant M&A transactions, cross-border and local, including complex and regulated markets such as casinos, liquified natural gas and pension funds and he has counseled bondholders in their interests in Chile.

Roberto graduated from the Universidad de Chile, where he served for over 5 years as a teaching assistant to the Private Law Department in the subject of Civil Law and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Regulation. Afterwards, he pursued an LL.M. specialized in Corporate Law at New York University.
