Pamela is part of the Competition and Regulation team. She is a graduate of Universidad de Chile, where she participated as teacher assistant in different courses: Civil Law with Professor Hugo Cárdenas, Market Regulation with Professors Silvia Retamales and Ezio Costa, Antitrust with Professors Nicole Nehme and Silvia Retamales and Civil Law with Professor Andrés Rioseco; all of them at Universidad de Chile.

Additionally, Pamela was an attorney for the Mergers Division of the National Economic Prosecutor's Office (FNE) and was one of the participants of the Competition Moot 2023, where the team representing the University of Chile won first place and several other awards. Pamela also has a course on best practices in Competition taught by the Catholic University of Chile.
