Valeria is a partner in the environmental group of our office. She is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de Chile and has developed her career in the environmental area from 2000 to date. She has worked in the private sector, working in prestigious law firms, advising both national and foreign clients.

With more than 20 years of experience, she has participated in the development of important environmental projects from their genesis to their completion. She has a vast experience in the Environmental Impact Assessment System, in obtaining permits, in administrative and judicial environmental litigation. Additionally, she has developed studies on environmental contingency and community issues.

She has also carried out academic work at the Universidad de Chile and published an important manual on citizen participation.

Valeria holds a Master in Business Law from School of Law of the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Diploma in "Environmental Law and Competitive Business Performance" from the Universidad de Chile.
