Kelly is member of our Corporate Law practice area, where she previously worked as paralegal.
She studied at Diego Portales University and undertook her professional practice at the Regional Center for the Rights of the Child.
As part of her academic experience, she was a teaching assistant in the Tax Law course at the O’Higgins University, with professor María Pilar Navarro, for whom she was also a research assistant. In addition, she was a research assistant and a participant in the XX International Competition for Procedural Law Seedbeds.
She has co-authored two chapters regarding the general interest of consumers and class mediations, in the book directed by professor Francisca Barrientos, for ThomsonReuters Chile. Moreover, Kelly served as a research assistant to professor Barrientos.
