Nicolás leads the Complex Litigation practice at FerradaNehme. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation, with ongoing involvement in unfair competition cases, both as lead counsel and through the preparation of legal opinions.

His experience includes representing clients in high-stakes, complex disputes involving regulated industries, corporate conflicts, and sophisticated contractual matters. He is directly involved in all stages of a case and approaches disputes with a combination of legal analysis and economic insight.

He is a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago). He holds an LL.M. with a specialization in Private Law from the Universidad de Chile. In 2022, he published the book Chilean Case Law on the Unfair Competition Act (Der Ediciones), in addition to authoring multiple articles on the subject.

He has taught undergraduate courses for over a decade and currently serves as a professor in various postgraduate programs in Chile.
