As a member of the Public Law and Government area, Fernanda has focused her professional practice on regulatory matters, administrative procedures ingeneral, concessions, and in various administrative sanctioning and contentious proceedings before the Comptroller General of the Republic and the Superior Courts of Justice.

From the administrative law discipline, she has participated in advising clients in the public sector, including public administration agencies, municipalities and state-owned companies, as well as in the private sector, specifically in real estate, electricity, forestry, mining, casinos, transportation, public works, among others. Fernanda's specialization in environmental and energy matters has led her to collaborate constantly in the drafting of legal reports and in advising regulated clients in the mining, electricity, gas and new fuels sectors, standing out for her recognized speed and mastery of such matters.

During 2021 - 2022 Fernanda was the coordinator of the gender initiative of FN's Sustainability Program and advised and assumed the pro bono defense indifferent immigration cases.

She is fluent in English and German.
