Miguel has a very prominent career in the field of telecommunications and related technologies. He is a lawyer from the University of Chile, holds an LL. M. from the University of Notre Dame and has also studied Leadership and Strategy at Georgetown University. He has served on various executive committees and boards of directors, as well as in legal, regulatory and corporate affairs management, where he has successfully led teams in large national and multinational companies such as Nextel, Claro and VTR (currently ClaroVTR).

Miguel excels in complex litigation, contract negotiation and management, representation of interests before governmental authorities, and management of antitrust and regulated markets, especially in telecommunications and technology matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in strategic communication, sustainability and institutional relations. He is an expert in Non Market strategies, which seek to ensure the commercial viability of companies within the current regulatory framework, controlling the management of relations with the State, regulators, unions, communities, investors and collaborators.
