Joaquín is part of the Public Law and Government area of FerradaNehme. He is a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile and holds a Diploma in Administrative Enforcement Law from the Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. Previously, he was a paralegal of our firm and also completed an internship in the legal area of the University Senate of the Universidad de Chile.

Before rejoining our firm, he was associate in Vergara Galindo Correa Abogados, member of the Constitutional Newsletter of the Public Law Department of the Universidad de Chile and worked as an assistant professor of Consumer Law and Indigenous Rights in Chile at the same university.
