Juan Ignacio has extensive experience in tax matters, advising national and multinational companies from different sectors. His areas of expertise are corporate taxes, international taxation, transfer pricing, tax reviews and tax litigation.

In addition to being a partner in the SCK Abogados law firm and also in one of the main auditing companies, he has been part of different activities such as director of companies.

Graduate from the Universidad de Chile and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad Católica de Chile, he has participated in specialization courses at the Leiden University.

He has developed academic activities in tax matters. Currently, he is the Director of the Diploma of Taxation Applied to Business at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
