Sebastián is part of the Competition and Economic Regulation area and also of the Telecommunications and Media team.
In the academic field, he graduated from the Universidad de Chile. He has served as teaching assistant of Constitutional Law at the same university and of the Telecommunications Law course both the Universidad de Chile and the Universidad Católica de Chile.
In addition, he holds a diploma in Regulation and Public Law from the Universidad de Chile and a Master’s degree in Economic Regulation from the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
Sebastián is specialist in telecommunications and media regulation, with 10 years of experience in these matters and has been recognized by specialized publications as one of the most prominent young lawyers in our country in Technologies, Media and Telecommunications. Such knowledge has also allowed him to expand his advice to other regulated markets (electricity, gas, finance, ports and railways).
Previously, he worked as a consultant for the project unit of the Concessions Coordinator of the Ministry of Public Works and as a lawyer for Entel’s Legal Department.
