Camila Guarda is an associate in FerradaNehme's Complex Litigation practice. A graduate of the University of Chile Law School, she has built a professional path shaped by her interest in procedural, criminal, and regulatory law.

Camila previously worked as a law clerk, supporting the management and handling of civil cases, the development of litigation strategies, and the drafting of briefs and reports grounded in legal scholarship and case law. In academia, she serves as a teaching assistant in Criminal Law and Procedural Law, both at the University of Chile.

In 2025, she published the article "Prisión preventiva para mujeres imputadas: consideraciones en la aplicación de esta medida cautelar desde una perspectiva de género" (Pretrial Detention for Women Defendants: Considerations on the Application of This Precautionary Measure from a Gender Perspective) in the Revista de Estudios de la Justicia, and was a speaker at the 12th National Conference on Procedural Law (XII Jornadas Nacionales de Derecho Procesal) at Universidad Austral de Chile, which focused on interim relief in Chile.
