Felipe is an associate in the Environment and Natural Resources practice, where he previously served as a paralegal. He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Chile, where he also completed an Extension Diploma in Environmental Impact Assessment, offered with the Environmental Assessment Service.
During his time at university, he served as a teaching assistant in several courses, including Introduction to Law I and II, taught by Professor Marcela Chahuán; Introduction to Economics, Microeconomics and Market Failures, and Macroeconomics and Public Policy, taught by Professor Cristián Hurtado; Environmental and Conflict Resolution Clinic, taught by Professor María Nora González; and Environmental Law (Natural Resources and Sustainability), taught by Professor Rafael Plaza.
He is also co-author of the article “Lessons Learned Regarding the Right of Access to Justice in the Environmental Law and Conflict Resolution Clinic,” published in the collective work Experiences and Challenges in Clinical Environmental Law Education.
